Order Code Generator – KL Series Door Hinges

The order code KL XX.Y.Z allows you to accurately specify the hinge based on material, surface finish, recessing, hinge type, and mounting method. This system helps you easily configure the product to match your exact requirements.

1. Hinge Mounting Method (X)

Select how the hinge will be attached to the door leaf and frame:

• KL 01 – Door leaf and frame are both welded

• KL 02 – Door leaf and frame are both screwed

• KL 03 – Door leaf screwed, frame welded

• KL 04 – Door leaf welded, frame screwed

2. Hinge Recessing (Y)

• (1) Without recess

• (2) With 6 mm recess on the frame-side hinge

3. Material and Surface Finish (Z)

• (1) Standard – Galvanized hinge body + brushed stainless steel cover

• (2) Full stainless steel – Entire hinge made of stainless steel

Example:

KL 03.2.2 – Door leaf side screwed, frame side welded, 6 mm recess, full stainless steel
